London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years and is proud to present this 3 bedroom St George’s Square Mews.

This charming 3 bedroom mews house has 3 attractive floors in a quiet mews just a few minutes to shops, restaurants, Pimlico tube station and easy access to everything.

You enter directly into the living/dining area which is furnished in elegant and comfortable traditional English décor.

You have comfortable sofa, chairs, TV, and lots of comfortable sitting areas.

The dining area can sit 6, the well equipped kitchen has cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher and W/D.

The open plan  staircase takes you to the first floor where a large open area can be used as a sitting room/den that has a single sofa bed.

The Master Bedroom has large double bed that can be split to make 2 singles. The furnishings are all traditional and you have lots of closet/wardrobe space.

The bathroom has good quality bath with power shower over, wash basin and WC.

The second bedroom has always been a twin.  It can be pushed together to make a king, here are  two single duvets

 The next floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single. There is also a modern shower room with WC.

This property has a parking space available in the mews.

Taxi Rates: Heathrow to Central London. Up to 4 passengers £60. For 5 passengers £70 Gatwick to Central London. Up to 4 passengers £90. For 5 passengers £100 Luton to Central London. Up to 4 passengers £90. For 5 passengers £100 Stansted to Central London. Up to 4 passengers £90. For 5 passengers £100 City Airport - Central London. On major bank holidays such as Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve , New Year’s day, the taxi drivers may impose an additional charge and you should check this with us in advance. Arrivals on these dates MUST accept the taxi service as our office will be closed.

Please Note - THAT IF YOU BOOK OUR TAXI TRANSFER SERVICE AND SUBSEQUENTLY FAIL TO MEET THE DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT, THEN YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE FULL COST OF THE TAXI TRANSFER TOGETHER WITH PARKING AND WAITING TIME. IF YOU ARE DELAYED IN ANY WAY DUE TO CUSTOMS/IMMIGRATION ETC, PLEASE TELEPHONE THE DRIVER TO MAKE HIM AWARE OF THE SITUATION, FAILING WHICH HE MAY ASSUME YOU WERE NOT ABOARD THE FLIGHT AND LEAVE THE AIRPORT. .

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATION policy for this apartment is deposit lost if cancelled more than 10 weeks before arrival. If cancellation is less than 10 weeks before arrival, then full amount due to owner, and only refunded if a re-sale is possible minus $250 admin fee. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $65 per $1000 of insurance. TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning is included in the price, unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied.

LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance(total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.

Spacious, well located flat

We have stayed at many of the rentals available in London. This one is a bit more spacious than you'd expect and nicely appointed with all the amenities you'd want. Its on a lovely, quiet street of "mews" homes. Well-located to the Pimlico tube station and the exercise paths along the river. Restaurants and services are generally available but a bit of a walk to get to decent offerings. Neighborhood is a blend of upscale and council housing. Safe and quiet. We'd stay there again.

Great sppot for a family vacation!

This was our second time at this location, and our third time as a guest of London Guest Suites. The service was great, the driver who met us at Heathrow with the keys was cordial and knowledgeable and the maid service was great. The house itself has everything you need for a family visit, there were six of us, and lots or room to stretch out and relax. The location couldn't be better, close to everything, but still in a quiet neighbourhood. We shall return!!

Hard mattresses

:Location is quiet and very convenient, unit was ample fort the 7 members of our family. Only complain was that all the beds were very hard and uncomfortable to sleep. Since we arrived on Boxing Day we received the keys for the unit from our drivers. The unit was very clean with the necessary amenities. Very satisfied with London Guest Suites.

Convenient, spacious and homely. well equipped

Suited our larger family needing 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very handy to tube and shops, kitchen well equipped . Great to have two living areas although locking up took a while (it was warm when we stayed). Great position. wi-fi, tv ok but no instructions and possibly flat battery. Recommended!
