London Guest Suites has been in business for more than 20 years and is proud to present this 3 Bedroom duplex.

This delightful ground and first floor duplex is situated in a highly sought after area of Chelsea, a very up market area and close to Bolton St  the “billionaire” street of London.

The spacious living room has couches, chairs, TV, fireplace, bookcases and the large windows make this a light comfortable room.

The dining area is open to the kitchen and sit 8.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, cook stove, dishwasher, W/D and has everything you need to prepare your English meals.

The large Master bedroom has a double bed and large closets with window sitting area, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and the study has one single.

The bathroom has bath with shower over, wash basin and toilet, the 2nd bathroom has shower and one separate toilet.

This area is great for walking to restaurants, French bookshops, cafes, entertainment and shopping.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATION policy for this apartment is deposit lost if cancelled more than 10 weeks before arrival. If cancellation is less than 10 weeks before arrival, then full amount due to owner, and only refunded if a re-sale is possible minus $250 admin fee. Clients are strongly recommended to ensure that they have suitable travel insurance arranged at the time of booking.

We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which we offer at an average cost of $75 per $1000 of insurance. TRIP INSURANCE FOR CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION / DELAY

LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning is included in the price, unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied.

LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50% deposit, which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance(total less the deposit) is due 10 weeks prior to arrival by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.

Cheryl sorry for delay in answering your mail. The apartment was very nice and true to photos. The apartment entry locks (3 of them) are very difficult, no door knobs you must use keys to lock and open from inside and out and they are difficult to operate. Our greeter was late and we had to wait outside, but she was most helpful (very nice) and we understand things happen. We were told the internet would get turned on but that never happened? One helpful thing to include in your apartment binder would be a walking map to nearest tube station. Over all pleased and would use you and recommend again.
