This is a Renovated unique Architectural property with High ceilings and beautifully finished hardwood floors. Enter through wrought iron gates into a private courtyard patio enhanced by lush succulent landscaping. The large living room is pure glamour with gorgeous hardwood floors, luxury leather chairs and couches. There is an impressive black stone fireplace flanked by beautiful bookshelves. This residence is calm, discreet and elegant. Residents also get their own separate rooftop deck, a more quiet affair with, sun-ready loungers located at the back of the property. Keys are made available Monday to Friday from 8AM - 4PM. For arrivals after 4PM and on weekends there is a $50 greeter fee. Please note that the greeter fee is higher after 7pm. Usual check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM, but if nobody is leaving or arriving that day, we may be able to provide a earlier check-in or later check-out. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Your security deposit will be credited back to your credit card within 4 weeks of your departure. LOS ANGELES GUEST SUITES, its affiliates and the Landlord are not liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal property while visiting the property.

Security deposits will vary with each property, however, any bookings longer than thirty days (30), will require one mid-stay cleaning. This can be arranged by our office on a day that is suitable for you.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this property: We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $65 per $1000 of insurance. LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning has been paid , unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Please note the occupancy of the apartment stated in page one cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. Additional guests cannot be accommodated, and failure to inform us could render the reservation as cancelled and no refund will be given unless we are able to re-let. LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys or parking passes during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card. The cost of lost keys is $500 and the loss of parking passes is $650 PLEASE TAKE TO LEAVE THESE IN THE APT AND WE WILL CHECK THESE OFF DURING FINAL INSPECTION.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50%deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. A Grest Stay

The greeter and check out service was very efficient. Unfortunately we had a bad start at booking with the property we chose not being available even though we had signed the contract. But this apartment is very comfortable and convenient and although it was not our first choice we enjoyed our stay. The road is very quiet and it was easy to walk to the Farmers Market and Melrose Avenue if you prefer to leave the car at home. The decor is probably not as luxurious as described and is a little tired in places, but it is a nice holiday home and a good place to stay. It had everything we needed including Good outside space and secure off street parking. We would return.

Very tastefully furnished house in a quiet and, at the same time, convenient location. If we could make one change, we would put some blinds or curtains on the window door of the master bedroom. The staff were quite attentive to our needs and desires.

We really didn't know what to expect when we arrived, and we were delightfully surprised to find this spectacular apartment. The place was light and cheery with all modern fixtures, updated appliances, and unexpected amenities. Any problems were attended to by the most plesant rental staff in a professional and efficient manner. The location was ideal. Centrally located a short distance to restaurants, shopping, and great workout facilities. We will return next year! Doug and Sherry

Let me start with a quick mention of the incredible service and professionalism provided by LA Guest Suites. There were a couple of teeny minor glitches and they were all taken care of perfectly. Gosh, it was great having such a responsive team, standing by. Next, the home. Having rented over a dozen homes in the LA area...and a good share elsewhere, this lovely home has become our absolute favorite. It was the perfect size for our family (2 adults and 1 teen), providing all of us with enough room to have our own space...and spacious enough in common areas to enjoy watching a movie, playing board games, and having dinners. The space was light and bright, really well-furnished, and that gorgeous walk-in closet ...ahhhhhhh. We are quite fond of this part of town...strolling Robertson and Melrose were a breeze. Great restaurants, shopping, everything was pretty fabulous. Though the kitchen was not as well-stocked as other rentals, that was such a minor point. All in all, this was a great week and we're eager to return.

The apartment is very nice designed and in perfect location but there is extra charge of $200 as cleaning fee and $500 guarantee that will disclose to you when proceed the booking.

i have nothing but praise for the service we received. Being a frequent West Hollywood visitor, this property was ideal in location, service and amenities! Details such as towels and linen were all top notch. Loved the light , the furniture and all the little details ( including an umbrella) Would stay there again and highly recommend this property and working with LA guest suites in general. Miriam

The home is glamourous , chic , spacious, well equipped, and very comfortable. The location is pretty perfect ,convenient for grocery shopping and restaurants. We stayed 2 months for work,. Would suggest this to anyone. Great value. I give it 5 stars! Tommy R
