A recently renovated 2 bedroom private retreat in the hills of Hollywood. Hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances throughout compliment the natural setting of the property. Close proximity to the Hollywood sign and Griffith Park make this an ideal getaway from the city whilst remaining nearby to modern convenience. Large living room complete with sectional sofa and dining room table. Bedrooms come fully furnished with plush linens and large, down pillows. Kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel oven, stove, refrigerator, and microwave for your convenience. One bathroom with vintage style clawfoot bath tub and shower add an extra layer of charm. A large, refinished deck leads into the garden dining area complete with barbecue and table for 6; a perfect location for a summer barbecue or an intimate dinner. Both bedrooms have Queensized bed. One off street parking spots . One more thing to love about LA is this particular neighborhood—Beachwood Canyon. It has this unique, small-town charm to it that you would never expect from Los Angeles. This is a vibrant neighborhood is walking distance to the famed celebrity central, Beachwood Cafe. Cute and cozy and tucked into the Canyon. Beachwood Canyon is stylish for Beachwood denizens, young local families and hillside hipsters. At the hub of much of the community activity is the Beachwood Cafe—a beautifully designed, sun-filled cafe about halfway to the Hollywood sign up Beachwood Drive There are local theatre performances in an old silent movie theatre, bingo nights, square-dance jamborees, and we’re told our particular street is “legendary” for its street-closing Halloween parties. This is a cute newly decorated 2 bedroom. It is completely private. All indoor and outdoor areas are private . The front yard is shared with the studio that shares only one common wall.

Keys are made available Monday to Friday from 8AM - 5PM. For arrivals after 5PM and on weekends there is a $50 greeter fee. Please note that the greeter fee is higher after 7pm. Usual check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM, but if nobody is leaving or arriving that day, we may be able to provide a earlier check-in or later check-out. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Your security deposit will be credited back to your credit card within 4 weeks of your departure. LOS ANGELES GUEST SUITES, its affiliates and the Landlord are not liable for any loss, damage or theft of personal property while visiting the property.

Security deposits will vary with each property, however, any bookings longer than thirty days (30), will require one mid-stay cleaning. This can be arranged by our office on a day that is suitable for you.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS Refund policy for this property: We will make a refund in full, less a $250.00 service fee, only if the property can be re-booked for the dates of your booking. If you need to cancel a reservation contact our office and we will be happy to do this for you. London Guest Suites will work with you on a case by case basis in the event of a cancellation. We strongly suggest you purchase cancellation insurance which can be purchased with in 2 weeks of booking and is at an average cost of $65 per $1000 of insurance. LOSS OR DAMAGE Any loss, damage or staining in the apartments must be paid for, whether accidental or deliberate, and therefore, due care and attention is advised. Although end of tenancy cleaning has been paid , unless otherwise stated, if the apartment is left in a more than usually dirty or messy condition, a local charge for extra cleaning will be levied. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Please note the occupancy of the apartment stated in page one cannot be exceeded under any circumstances. Additional guests cannot be accommodated, and failure to inform us could render the reservation as cancelled and no refund will be given unless we are able to re-let. LOST KEYS It is vital that clients DO NOT lose keys or parking passes during occupancy or take the keys away with them at the end of their stay. If keys are not returned to us for whatever reason the cost of a new locking system, to maintain security, and the cost of extra key cutting will be charged to the clients credit card. The cost of lost keys is $500 and the loss of parking passes is $650 PLEASE TAKE TO LEAVE THESE IN THE APT AND WE WILL CHECK THESE OFF DURING FINAL INSPECTION.

Deposit Policy

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT In order to confirm a reservation we require a 50%deposit on this apartment , which is part of the total rent, which can be paid by credit card or check. The balance due 10 weeks before arrival. If arriving within 10 weeks, payment is due in full at time of booking by credit card, check or money order. Payments by credit card will automatically be debited 10 weeks prior.

Beachwood Retreat!

Our stay at this house did feel like we were at a "retreat". Excellent location for the Beachwood/Franklin area shopping and restaurants. Also great for hiking in the neighborhood and at Griffith Park. The house was very well maintained and a comfortable space for living and entertaining our local family. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware for cooking and grilling. The multiple outdoor spaces were enjoyable. Our biggest surprise was how quiet the house was being on a busier Beachwood street. We met the owner Dan who was really nice and took great pride in his home. The rental staff was also very helpful. We loved the sunny warm weather in January and February, and could see ourselves back at this house again.

A Great Alternative to Hotels

We reecntly rented a property in Hollywood from Los Angeles Guest Suites. All the booking was online from Australia and the process was very easy and the communication very responsive. The property was presented very well with all ameneties for us to be totally self contained. All the equipment was new or near new and easy to operate. The property was secure and the area convenient. Easy access to shops (short walk) or longer walk to Hollywood suited us well. Located about 1.5mls from the subway. The area was very quite at night and very little street noise. We would highly recommend the property and the company and would not hesitate to use them again
